Hyatt Hotel
What a wonderful experience

Me and my husband won a nights stay at the Hyatt Hotel at Oubaai. We never saw anyone without a smile on their face. It doesn't matter if you saw the same staff member for the third time a day - they still greet you as if you are their favorite guest. We felt like royalty. And the best of all - they greet you in your own home language! The spa treatment and breakfast was unbelievable and an experience we will never forget.
The only down point was the dinner at the Waterside Restaurant... I would recommend Hyatt Hotel group to distance them from the restaurant, because with that bad attitude and food, they are busy to ruin the whole experience at the Hyatt.
