Don't get what you paid for - pathetic service

We are on one of Discovery's top plans, and paid R 6 000 per month for medical aid. That gives you an amount of R 72 000 per year, ou day to day per year is only R 17 000 per year, that left you with R 55 000. I have a iron problem, my body can't take it up. I need iron drips every year. I went to a specialist, she send a motivation to Discovery, that they must pay for the drips. Discovery's incompetent drs declined it. According to them I don't need the iron. I am a lot on the road, and on Thursday, I fell asleep while driving, luckily for me my phone rang, and I woke up. If I were in an accident I would have hold discovery responsible, because they refuse to pay for medication that I really needed. I don't want the drips, because I like to have a needle for 6 hours in my arm. I needed it. I phoned them on Friday, but they still refuse to pay. My white blood cells are also very low, and the dr send me for a bone marrow test. Discovery put me through, they refuse to pay, and make me to do the test life. My body went into shock after the test. On the end all of this come back to the low iron. I don't understand how you pay a fortune, and don't get what you needed.
