Don't get what you paid for - Pathetic Medical aid

I am om one of Discovery's top plans, paying R 6000 per month. I needed medical care, and they just refuse to pay for the treatment. On the end I had to borrow money, to pay for this treatment, out of my pocket. Jennelle informed me, that she don't understand the one test, because it is in Afrikaans. She is in a management position, and she don't understand Afrikaans. This was so shocking. Then it is people like that, that must evaliate conditions, and approve them. No wonder it was not approved. Disvovery advertise their vitality program every where, I always thought they want their members to be healthy, but that is far from the truth. I think it is rather a funeral plan, they make their members sick, and try to kill them, by refusing very nessesary treatment. This is because they appointed BEE candidates, that know nothing about medical conditions, and they just don't care. I am sure a Specialist Internist, will not prescribe treatment just for the joke, but only if you really needed it. I just want to warn everyone, Discovery is a pathetic medical aid with clowns working for them. Don't think if you pay the top plan, you will get top medical aid. Don't work like that.
