Very bad attitude, passing the bucket

Left the company and after 4 years they contact me regarding my provident fund> Regular emails to and from Payroll Manager and all she can say is "ill try my best, just hold on". Gave all details and documents for claim to be paid out, only to hear yesterday that my bank account is closed, after faxing them my bank statement last friday. After numerous calls to payroll manager, as the emails is taking too long to respond to, just no feedback. and no phoning back i eventually got through to her just to tell me that its not her problem anymore and i must sort this out with the company the claim is with.
Firstly, it took them 4 years to actually doing something and now make out if they doing me a favor.
