Pension Fund Department - Unable to get hold of!

I have resigned from my company and gave notice to withdraw from the pension fund managed by ABSA, this was on 6 Sept 2013. I was informed that this process will take 6 weeks and i waited patiently for the time to pass. Since i contracted with the Company and not ABSA - I send numerous emails to the payroll administrator to query the status of this payout once the 6 weeks were over -

typically the are clueless and passed the buck to ABSA - Nobuhle Mdluli - who is apparently the only person in the whole of ABSA that can assist me - Since Friday last week the number i was given by my ex-company goes directly to Nobuhle Mdluli's voice mail service and the 17 messages i have left till yesterday afternoon has not been answered yet.

As it is today we are at 10 weeks - and the next step will be to walk into ABSA building with my attorney should my pension funds not reflect in my account by the end of business this Friday - or can someone at least let me know what the hold up is

So if someone from ABSA read this - could you please walk over to Nobuhle Mdluli's cubicle and tell her to un-divert her calls - and show her how the voicemail system works so that she can return my messages
