REFUSING TO PAY REFUND

Kosibay Cabins has the most amazing website that falsly lures you in thinking you can reach their accommodation with ease. They state, "with a sedan" However, my 2x4 struggled to get through the sand dunes. The web sit implies ease of beach is accessible and near with the photographs, however you require 4x4 to drive the 2km to the beach and other view points along the coast.
Stafford had to drive to Richards Bay to change his Ford Fiesta for a 4x4 as he, the owner, was struggling with the roads.
The accommodation is 100% rustic with cemet floors (not carpets as shown in the photographs).

On explianing the issue to Stafford, he said he would speak to his parnter and organise us a refund. After various calls to the number to the website (which always goes to VM), emails and other calls to another number he provided us, Stafford still refuses to supply us with a refund or reply.
