Discriminatory, Shocking Service DO NOT EVER USE

Booked for a wedding. The venue did not bother to answer any questions or responses several months prior to event. Then they began making harassing phone calls less than two weeks prior to the event. They were very rude, used the term "YOU PEOPLE" more than a dozen times, threatened to cancel the wedding. Said that they would close the gates and not allow anyone to enter. During the setup they were not helpful with anything and we were told that setup is not included regarding the tables, table cloths or serviettes and the staff were very rude throughout the entire evening of the wedding reception. Refused to assist with minor request and complained the entire night. When they were asked a question about basic items such as a knife for the cake the response was "Ugh! What is it now! " Caution: DO NOT EVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY FUNCTION. The customer service was shocking and made for a stressful day.

The accommodation was also very unwelcoming. Everything was brown including the sheeting. The carpets were soaked with water from the rain because of flooding. The televisions do not work properly. The smell inside was disgusting.
