Fed up with this scheme

I sent though a claim of R330 for medication (Ref:170820467) on the 28 February, i still haven't head any response and i have also requested for my medical aid to be Cancelled (Ref: 171172252) still no response. Can i have my money paid back and this useless medical aid cancelled immediately.
