Y r u debitting my acc when i've cancelled!!

I have cancelled my membership with you i dont know how many times now and you still debitting my acc. there's no money in my acc, thanx to you people, for i have no income, again thanx to your bad service, so i cant afford medical aid. if you debit my acc one more month, i will be putting in the claims for all the bank charges..yet again, it just shows how useless your company is.
