They dont have a clue where my money is

I had to pay a dubble installment at fnb and lost my deposit slip now I'm still not coverd and they can't find my money that I payed on their system even the ref no that I gave them don't show them anything. I mean a big company should know the details on the slip that I payed them my name sel numeber and the ref no is on the slip but they can't trace it. I want that money back and rather go to a medical aid that know what their doing. I filled in 2 forms that states my banking details, adress, phone number and all my personal details and they don't have anything on system
