Couldn't solve my problem but she tried her best

Following a serious car accident last year, I have needed various procedures to repair the damage to my jaw and facial structure, one of which is surgery to repair my lower lip which was ripped during the accident and needs to be repaired as it is deformed and I have limited functionality as a result. After months of waiting, my operation was scheduled for 8 March, and all I needed was the authorisation number. Instead of the 48 hours I was given to request the number, it has taken longer because of Discovery protocols, so my op was postponed. However, this amazing lady did everything she could to help me and keep me updated on the progress of my application. She made me feel like my problem is important and she represented Discovery as someone who genuinely cares. Compassion is vital in instances such as my case, and I appreciate her efforts even though I didn't get the prayed for result. Thank you Zelda! I hope Discovery realise how lucky they are to have someone like you on their team!
