Your mistake and now its my problem!

The hospital never sent their invoice through to the Medical aid so therefor the Medical aid never paid the hospital. Now my name is on ITC and its not my fault!! I am the client, not the employee! Its not my job to do yours! After thousands of e-mails, the issue is still not resolved!
