Incorrect Billing

The hospital refused to refund me after they were paid by the medical aid. I paid for a single room when I had an operation at the hospital, and paid cash upfront. When the hospital billed the medical aid they charged them the same amount that I paid. I have now paid double for a single room. I am now taken from pillar to post in the accounts department. I just want my money back.
