SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE

Dear Mr Bray

Possibly the attached communication which I received yesterday from Sandra Alexander will enlighten you somewhat on my view point of Discovery's severe lack of service in general. With reference to your correspondence by email to me dated 05/03/13, NO I am most dissatisfied with the service from your company. Very seldom are queries of any nature resolved without such unnecessary ordeal. On numerous occasions, I have been given incorrect information from one consultant, which is verified as incorrect by the next consultant with whom I engage. Refer my recorded conversation yesterday with Sumesh Govender/Busi Radebe as an example of this. It is just ridiculous and simply so unprofessional. The costs and amount of my time required to resolve queries is grossly unacceptable.

I have little faith that this letter of complaint, although addressed to you will motivate any positive changes within Discovery's inefficient, archaic system. I have raised my dissatisfaction with numerous consultants, case managers and at higher levels too, to no avail or noticeable improvement in service in any way. I certainly don't believe that Discovery's business principals act at the
