On 4 March 2013, I've sent an email to MediHelp requesting an explanation on why there is a difference of R156.00 on my monthly contribution. I sent a follow up email on 5 March 2013. Guess what, today is 8 March 2013, still no answer.
Thank you MediHelp, I will find another service provider. Your service is just getting worse and worse.
