Lack of Caring and inability to resolve issue

On the 8th September 2012 my husband and I had a battery of blood tests performed. Some of these tests are recoverable from Discovery because we are covered for certain conditions under their chronic section of our hospital plan. I initiated claims from October/November. I went through many consultants in various call centers and I was given many reference numbers. I spoke to Kwakanya in late December or early January. He suggested a course of action which seemed to make sense. I even contacted my doctor to expect a phone call from Discovery at an appointed time which suited both parties. This did not happen. I then managed to speak to him on two or three occasions. After that I could not get hold of him. I phoned the general call center number at various times hoping to get the Cape Town office. If I did then I would ask the consultant to run across to his desk and ask him to phone me. She/he would also talk to his supervisor, Mr Clayton Coleman, and leave the message with him. Consultants also sent emails to both men. I have left countless messages on Mr. Coleman's voicemail which says "leave your number and I will get back to you..." - no-one has phoned me. What do I do now?
