I have been going back and forth with Discovery since January 2013 backing date of November 2012. Eventually, I went to the Canal Walk walk-in-center and spoke to Mr Penfold. He was very ocnfused as to why the error happend on their system and why some items have not been paid by Disvocery. He promised to get back to as soon as he could, that was 3 weeks ago. In the mean time I contacted them again and I was told he was still trying to sort the issue. Disvocery Medical Aid has left a nasty taste in my mouth where service and feedback is concerned. I wont even bother to mention what is covered and what is not as far as your health is concerned.
