Hi,
Hi, with reference to my membership 19004686, please advise why is my debit order not been charged, please confirm if my membership is active?

Also I did not receive my medical aid card from the date I joined in Jan 2013.

Please call me asap and confirm via email as this is unacceptable, by signing a debit order form it is not my duty to follow up why payment is not going through!
