Bestmed Medical Scheme
BAD SERVICE

I joined Bestmed on the 08 December 2012 and have been an active member since the 01/01/2013. I would assume as a first time member, you are suppose to get a welcome pack with your medical aid card. I have made numerous phone calls to them regarding this matter. It is so frustrating to go to the doctor and you cant even provide your medical aid card, what makes it even worse is buying medicine over the counter.

Three weeks back, i spoke to another lady who promised to sent me an email containing a confirmation letter and was also advise that i will receive my card including the welcome pack within a week and to date i havent received any of the two. Experiencing such bad service, it makes one wonder what will happen when i have a serious problem and i have to claim.

Please urgently look into to this matter
