My medical Aid paid for the service that i did not

After what has happened in my previous comments.i receiveid this emailfrom Augusta. Thanks for this. Will it be in order if I refund you as a gesture of goodwill? ".they"ve paid me the R450.00 that i've paid in cash.i asked them abt the money that they've claimed from my medical aid.this is the response that i've received."Gems have paid us an amount of R1922.87 which you will need to instruct them to reverse back to your benefits as our policy does not allow us to refund to medical aids. I trust that you understand our position herein and will
send your instruction to your medical aid to effect the said reversal.
Please revert back to me should you need any further assistance or clarity in this regard, thanks" After receiving this i sent an email to gems to reverse the money.but they say they won't be able to do that.when i sent that response to Augusta.he said they have conluded this matter.so they have R1922.87 out of my medical aid for the servise that they didnd render, this is a day
