It is horrifying and disgusting that Medical Aids can treat customers so shabbily. After many requested tests to prove the need for chronic medication, Boncap/Medscheme can very calmly abdicate from their responsiblities after quoting 'Rejected - out of formulae'. Chronic medication that was previously covered have since Jan 01 2013 fallen off the list due to a change in Admistration. Customers are required to resubmit scripts and still not a single person can provide adequate answers in a call center that is clearly lacking in knowledge as well as empathy. I will defintely be looking to switch medical aids...
