Double Debit! Bordering!

A double debit was taken from my account, for no reason. When calling the call centre, they gave me an email address, which I emailed and in 2 days still no response! This is borderline. I also have info that I am not the only one that this has happened to, and the other people are still after 2 months waiting for their refund. I will not take this!
