Santas rip off land

As per all the other complaines on Hello Peter we also checked the prize on the internet and was advertise R60 per person and get R50 back in rides. Got there paid R30 per person and got nothing back. Two of the rides was not working and staff will just lift there shoulders in reply when complaint. Staff was extremely unfriendly and rides was highly over prized. We feel that we wasted our money and that the services was of the poorest quality.
We will never go there again and will not even set foot in Emperors Palace again. Will also notity all friends and family that this was a total rip off.by reading the other complaints i think n case of should be oppened againts managment
