Mr. Biltong - worst attitude and service

The proprietor/staff at Mr. Biltong in Emperors Palace has the worst attitude ever. Unfriendly assistance; no desire to treat customers with simple decency. They also do not have any card facilities. When I wanted to pay with my card, they said they did not accept cards. I asked the person assisting me, to please keep the goods while I quickly withdraw some cash at an ATM just around the corner. The person refused to do this and said he will put the goods back on the shelf. I asked him again to please keep the goods, as I will be back in 5 minutes. When I returned, someone else was at the counter, but when I asked where the goods were, he said that the other person had put it back on the shelf.

This is really not the way to treat a customer if you want their business. Believe me, I will never go to this shop again. Rather go to Sweets from Heaven that is just a few meters away. There you will get friendly service and card facilitates. NEVER go to Mr Biltong!
