Disappointment in Santas Playground at Emperors

My family and I decided to go to Santas Playground on the public holiday. On the website it said that if you have a winners circle card you only pay R50 and get R50 back in free rides (if you didn't you paid R60 and got R50 back in free rides). When we walked in, we were told the promotion is not running anymore (no expiry date on their website) and we didn't get our R50 free rides back. We were also told we couldn't bring any food or drink in, and were subjected to wait 2 hours at their restaurant for toasted sandwiches and chips.

The bathrooms were in a state, no running water to wash your hands and no toilet paper. Come on guys, this just feels like it was slapped together to make money - the visitors were not even considered here.
