Groupons is a or are very bad in delivering

1st February 2013 I was introduced to a website called Groupons where I was drawn to a particular advert which stated "Let the love flow with a couple's spa package at Moments of Wellness (up to 70%)" with the Amount of R524.00 (ZAR). I then bought the service of the advert via eft and then gave "Moments of Wellness" a call as implemented on the advert. as was told that they were fully booked for February which I explained that I bought this service for a loved one and that it would be used only over the weekend and therefore asked for the next available date which was told to me that it would only be towards the end of March and that they would call me back to confirm all relevant details...
A month later I still havent heard from them and decided to give them a call where I've continuously had the phone dropped on me whilst explaining my frustration and that I would like to have the closest available date to
utilize my purchases/ services owed to me...

Now I am beginning to think that this is a big corrupt where they spam emails and falsely advertise services which never get delivered... I would like to get my money back all of it and to be compensated for my time.
