Fully Booked because you sold to much groupons

I bought a groupon for a wash/blow/massage for Beaux Chevoux. Ive called 5 times to make a booking but every call i get a different answer. This groupon expires on the 09/08/13 allowing only about 2 months to use it. When i called on the 15/07/13 again and said i needed to make an appointment they lady was willing to assist and give me a date. Then i mentioned the groupon and oh they were now fully booked and only had an available date on the 01/08/13 and 06/08/13. i Then called back on the 17/07/13 to see if anybody maybe cancelled for an appointment before month end. I was told to call back on 23/07/13 after 10am as people would possibly cancel. I asked can they take my name down and give me the next available date and time and just call me to let me know. I was advised i would be last on the waiting list but rather call 23/07/13. She didn't even take m y details down!!! How can they over sell the package and then when you call they are fully booked plus put those who do not have groupons in front of those who bought the special. This is ridiculous as i wanted my hair done before month end!! Thank goodness i didn't buy their Nail special as well.
