Nobody wants to take ownership!!!

After complaining a month ago about a debit to my account although I cancelled within 5 days nobody at planet fitness wants to assist to get this resolved, Trish from your Complaint Resolution Centre e-mailed me requesting my banking details, i sent it to her a week ago and have not heard from her since, how does someone so useless get this position? to handle complaints and yet she just aggrivates the situation, as for the sales person Sibusiso, he is just MIA. I have dealt with 2 wellness managers, the guy i spoke to promised to call me before 14:00 on Wed and politely said i wont have to wait 16 days as it "was not my up", havent heard from him. The other wellness manager sends me an e-mail saying she has my account details (2 weeks ago) i respond asking when will i be refunded to which she replies "whats your account number" WOW!!! i then recieve another mail from her yesterday saying they are waiting for head office.

i dont think anyone can understand my frustration, I want my money, and planet fitness is ensuring I dont get it. I have never hated a company as much as I hate planet fitness. The manager at Fourways is never around to take my calls.
