We thought NIGHTSBRIDGE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM was for the convenience of the hospitality guesthouse owner. We pay a monthly fee for this facility. We the uninformed Establishment owner spent to be exact 2 weeks
with staff of NB to be listed and visible if clients go online searching for accommodation.
When we experience a problem you can contact them. NOT ONE of the staff members after activating the listing went online to test if the facility is working. When we now went to check our listing on their database.
Nothing not 1 listing. In fact what we got was Guest Houses in Town listed under farm guest houses. A rondavel in town listed as a lodge. We should have been listed under to be exact S/c, B&B, Guesthouse and Farm Guesthouse, this is what THEY assisted ME on listing my rates and sorting rooms (facilities) FOR EX S/c Room Luxury rooms and the rates for every one. I KNOW IT IS NOT A SECURING ACCOMMODATION it is a booking system, but fact is we are not on their database BUT PAY TO BE ON IT. To know tell me it is my negligence for not connecting links, why did they not assisted us when listing, we know nothing about this, why did thy not inform/help us? -what else should we know?
