Authorisatio9n and Cancellation of medical aid

I joined discovery jan 2013. Last week i went to a gynaegologist for abdomonal pains and bleeding. She discovered that i have ovarian syndrome and needs to be treated in theater. Then i phoned discovery many times for authorisation. Everytime a different story and form to be completed, which the fax number was wrong. Then we phoned discovery again, and they gave us another fax number. They said they only need this form to be completed by my doctor. Which my doctor have done. Since then its one call after the other with no authorisation. Discovery then phoned me, then cancelled my medical aid due to non disclosure. The agent who signed me up did not inform me that i had to disclose my whole medical pedigree, as i dont understand the medical terms and thought that i only had to disclose my recent medical conditions of which i thought i had none as i was cured by my previous doctors about 4 years ago. Normally what know of was that medical aids only want the past 2 years disclosure on conditions. I am very dissapointed in discovery service and the way they handled this problem. They canceld my mediacl aid without considering my point of view or correcting or assisting me.
