Still not resolved, CPA challenge

I lodge a compliant on the 14th December on Hello Peter, re gym access, not taking on the accesses as they happened after the 10th of the month and before the 1st of the month. Only those from the 1st of the following month are recognised. This issue is still not resolve. I am still fighting with Discovery.
Virgin Active came to the party and provided free gym member. Thanks Virgin, but once again Discovery Vitality is useless.
In addition, Contract renewed automatically, contravention of part C, sub-section 14 (2 a, b & d) of the CPA in relation to fixed term contracts.
This is typical of a company that has grown too big. They have lost the personal touch, very sad.
