Discovery cant even respond and follow up

On the 13th a report was send on Hello Peter. The 14th Discovery commented (Sipho Mathe) and said someone will contact me to look into the money we had to pay and the points that was never rewarded. The 18th we posted a follow up to state no one has contacted us. Now it is the 25th and STILL NO RESPONSE!
