I spoke to a consultant and gave enough notice to cancel my account. I also faxed a letter to them. After the two months I put a stop order in at the bank. Two months later I received a letter from them to let me known that I need to pay another month's bill. I spoke to a consultant and they started to bully me that I have to pay and I asked for a full statement. The next month they charged me with a second month's bull. They forced me to make payment or they will list my default on the credit bureau. I had no chance to make an arraignment to pay them of monthly. I don't know who to speak to at medihelp to assist me as I have asked them for telephone recordings and log times on their systems. The manager is too incompetent to sort this mater out and as bad management reflect down to the consultants surely it is not fair to bully me in paying for their mistakes. I will do everything in my power to break the company down as I don't want anybody to go through the worst service and delivery that medihelp offer. They employ incompetent people that have no idea how business works. I will keep on complaining until it is resolved.
