Differences between FFL & TLC

I paid R3600 at the beginning of January 2013 for an individualised eating plan and supplements from Fat Loss Lab. On top of that the blood tests required were over R700 which comes out of my medical aid savings account.
I questioned the difference between FFL and TLC (have done TLC before) and was informed that FFL has a unique re-feed program which TLC doesn't have. Through some research I found that they are exactly the same. So if you are wanting to try FFL and you have done TLC before, don't bother because they are exactly the same.
