Upon arrival, the manager was not sure about the deal and what lunch had been agreed upon.then not enough space for everyone to sit so I fetched chairs from outside.then I was told that there were only 3 therapists, so 3 would go and 3 would wait. When I specifically asked that all go together. Then waited about 20 min for coffee.still in entrance..requested tro go thru to dining room in mean time.. Waited another 15min..gets worse..Eventually went through into a bed room with an open plan bath, and had two mirror tables pushed together..the table was so narrow that we had to balance our plates on them! Food came, ice cold, waiter dropped lid! Then I requested salad dressing and was told they had none. And saw food get carried in under his arm before we got served! To top it all.the same song was playing over and over, charged us full price after I voiced my opinion that it was meant to be special, and I got the impression that they forgot about my booking. The massage was fine, but rest was really not on! Oja and all I got told when moaned was sorry.
