Poor service at emergency unit

I visited the emergency unit at Sunninghill hospital on 19 Feb around 20h30. I was only attending to by a doctor around 11h30. it is absolutely disgusting that a 24 hour emergency service has only one doctor on call with such a long waiting period. this is not the first instance where i have experienced such poor service at the emergency unit. there were 5 other patients that arrived before me but were also treated around the same time. what is the poi nt in having a private healthcare system that takes as long as the publich healthcare system to attend to patients
