I went to life hospital in fourways on the 26th of May at 6.30.am I had taken my 2 year old son as he was quite ill. We wwe took him to the emrgency unit there. We were only seen 45 min later. We were told tht they were handing over. Can handing over really take tht long when there is a patient who is very ill. There was no apology or anything. The service at this always is always appaullig everytime I go to this hospital. I will in the future not take my family to the emergency unit. I want people to know about their service. You could be dying and they will do nothing but come to reception and be chi chatting to each other. Absolutely disgusting!
