I received a call from whoever responds to these HelloPeter complaints advising me that the claim in question would be met as the department concerned had made a mistake. Not long after the call received I got a summary of claims notification that the claim was, once again, not paid.

I insist on a senior manager calling me so that this matter can be sorted out once and for all.

This is unacceptable.
