THE MOST INEFFICIENT MEDICAL AID EVER

THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR JOB..Since I got pregnant in August, my Dr prescribed a script of pills that I have to take for the whole duration, Gems never paid for it. Ive been paying from my own pocket and its expensive..I called, faxed I dont know how many times (the only thing they do is transfer me through every department they have). A day I wld spend about 30 minutes on the phone but up to today I havent been helped..
