Still no responce!

Can someone please provide some feedback regarding the claim i emailed last week
Its been a week now still nothing from you, I sent you everything you requested and still no response
This really bad service, does one have to communicate with the ombudsman to get this issue resolved?
Please do not send me another ref number iv got three already
