Accounts not paid

I complained on hello peter 3 October 2012, 11 November 2012 and 29 November 2012.
They don't respond to their emails, They don't pay my doctors' bills.
The Doctor handed me to the lawyers?
My child is sick, wanted to take the doctor, the doctor refused to see us as we owe them money?

So I pay my medical every month and now I am handed over to the Lawyers and my sick child cant see a doctor or get medication?
