NO NOTICE FOR DEFAULT LISTING ON ITC

In August 2012 my husband had an heartattack, I took him to Montana Hospital, the staff and doctors at the Trama centre were excellent. Our medical aid shortpaid our account and we did not after the heartattack have any money left per month to pay this r2100.00. I did on various accations told that to the credit controller and credit manager. Now they have listed my husband in January. We did start to pay the account in January because we could only afford it then. The collection department phone me on the 4 February and they said my husband were not listed. We want the listing remove but they insiste we must first pay the full account.
I do not think they understand?
