Ad service bad attitude

Health & Medicine

My mother and I arrived at the trauma section, age 74 old and barely conscious we were told to go in a little room to fill in paperwork. My mother has a band around her arm, Crisis on Call. I told the nurse that was assisting us that all her medical details are there. Toll free number they need to phone. I was holding my mother in the wheel chair as she was not conscious and falling off the wheelchair no assistance with this? My sister was helping to give details as I knew some fact about medication as some she knew. We were told by a nurse, name starting with TS.. that only 1 person is allowed. We explain that we need to give vital info on my mothers medication, but she was not interested and with a bad attitude told 1 person needs to leave. Really unacceptable! Keep in mind, no assistance to help, 74 old not conscious and maybe had a stoke? No other patients at that time. I checked. The male nurse was taking his time no rush. When taking her to the bed, he was too small to pick her up? again no help!! After waiting for yr staff to get authorisation, easy half an hour or even more we phoned discovery on our cellphones and got authorisation ourselves. Why the bad attitude bad service??
