Dr with Bad Attitude

I went to Flora Clinic on 01/01/2014 as I had injured my foot, the service from front desk was good, I waited in the que to see a dr, I was met with the nurse who had done all the tests and she was very nice, I then met with a Dr who introduced himself as Robert, he asked me what had happened in which I explained, he examined my foot and advised I need X Rays, I then went for the Xrays and went back to see him with the X rays, he came back in a rush just told me its just a sprain and the nurse will bandage it, he then walked away without saying anything or asking any questions in a rush, the nurse returned and I adv her that I need something to help me walk as I cannot walk due to the pain, the Dr then returned, he then asked me what I want to help me walk, I asked him what would be best for me and he seemed frustrated, he told the nurse to give me crutches as I requested and again walked away, he never advised me how long it would take to heal or the damage, he never made a follow up appointment, the nurse asked me when I am coming back, I told her the Dr did not say I need to come back for a follow up, I asked for a letter with the app date, she said I must just come in 5 days, very disappointing
