Blood works excluded on plan???

Good day
I've emailed the detail below to Client Services on 07/02/2013 with no feedback up to today - this is pathetic. I need an urgent answer:

Please explain why the account for Du Buisson, Kramer, Swart, Bouwer Inc was not paid? Practice number : 5200431 Reason code is 206 : Exclusion on this option.
My husband, Corne Smuts, is registered under the chronic conditions with Resolution Health and this was his yearly compulsory check-up blood works.
Did they just use a wrong code for submission?

I need urgent feedback please.
