Airport Clinic rip-off

On 2012/02/05 I went to the Arwyp airport clinic to obtain a Malaria prescription. I was informed by the receptionist that a Malaria Consultation will cost R 350. I was then referred to a sister who enquired on my duration in the malaria area and I responded with the duration and specified I would like Malanil. A few minutes later the sister returned with a prescription while I waited at the reception. When asked to pay I was told that the price was actually R 581. I would like an explanation on my I was required to pay such an exorbitant price when I was never even consulted by a Doctor and why I was required to pay that price after the it was specified at the start that it would cost R 350.
