Discovery messed up my benefits on Vitality

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am extremely upset with Discovery Vitality and Life. I recently joined my husbands medical aid as at the 1 of Jan which now meant i had 2 Vitalitys. First Discovery prematurly cancelled my vitality on th 20 Dec and thus sent an email to Virgin active that i'm no longer on vitatlity so they deducted R625 in Dec. No body told me i could not be on 2 Vitalitys but Discovery just decided to cancel my benefits. Now on the 20 of Jan i spoke to Lauren (Ref no 2716378839) and she said she would notify Virgin active not to deduct R625 but they did. because they havent recieved any communication from Discovery of THEIR ERROR. I do not care about your systems rectifying things its 15 days later and nothing has been done. Can someone sort this out. Urgenlty!
