Refusing to pay me for a claim

On the 10th of august, I have visited a Gynaecologist. Upon my visit, i am required to pay a levy fees of R300.
I have submitted a claim to CAMAF to be reimbursed of the levy fees of R300.
On the 20th August 2013, I was advised by a consultant by CAMAF that I am required to send them a detailed statement together with the receipt.
Upon receiving the detailed statement on the 26th of August 2013, I have send CAMAF another claim with the requested documentations (detailed statement and receipt of payment). I have not been paid, today (25/09/2013) I have called CAMAF spoken to Dineo Mosweu, now the detailed statement containing the amount of R300 paid by me is not supporting to the receipt containing in the levy fee of R300.Now I am being sent to the Gynaecologist account department to have the invoice amendment so that the invoice states LEVY Charged -R300. But bear in mind that the receipt have the description -levy. I am not going back to the Gynaecologist account department.

Please CAMAF recity this, as your legal wording is confusing me and leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Of the 8 years with CAMAF, this is the first bad customer service I had.
