Incompetency and fucking rude

These incompetent fucks at Charlotte maxeke hospital fucked up and gave my wife twice the chemotherapy she was supposed to get. She was on deaths door for 3 days and now she must have another MUGA scan to check for damage to the heart. But it's fine, no one will be reprimanded for this and it will just go unnoticed like the thousands of other fuckups the make, fucking with people's lives! One bitch in the chemo room is so rude, throwing trays down carrying bags of chemo, no regard or respect. I wish they would all burn in hell for ever!
