Can somebody health inspection at this clinic i went there i got the treatment needed i was referred to Pta West hospital Dr there never completed the referral letter i need to obtain blood pressure pills and with the clinic and the hospital i do not know now where to obtain my chronic medication at the clinic or where the hospital also never gave me a date to follow up so now it is problem for me and contacting them is a problem because you do not get the answers that you need.
